A deposit is required in order book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is to ensure you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from your overall cost.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.
No-Show / No-Call
Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will results in a charge of 50% cost of the full service to the card on file - this includes all bundled touch-ups.
Just keep in mind, It’s very important that you take your appointment times seriously and have courtesy to let us know if something has come up within that 48 hours before appointment so the Microblading Technician won’t be just waiting there, already set-up, for your arrival.
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 25 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Previous Work Done
If you have had your eyebrows previously micro-bladed or tattooed by another artist, a clear photo must be sent in and approved before booking an appointment. We must ensure we have a workable canvas and in some cases the previous work may be too dark to achieve optimal results. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Healed results vary depending on each client and in some cases a pencil or powder may be required to achieve desired results.
Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve desired results and will be charged accordingly.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of travelling and/or special circumstances.
Touch Ups / Revisits
Touch Ups and Revisits can only be booked with the artist who provided the Initial Session.
Touch ups must be booked no sooner than 8 weeks following your appointment. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done. We withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal. Failure to follow this time line and premature booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit.
A revisit is for returning customers only and is recommended a year from your original appointment. Revisits along with ONE touch up are honored ONCE a year and any additional appointments will be at the discretion of your artist. Revisits can only be booked with the artist you received an initial session with.
