Q. What is Microblading?
Microblading is a semi-permanent makeup procedure whereby hair-like incision strokes are created along the eyebrow to attempt to either enhance, reshape or create fuller, natural looking brows.
Q. How does Microblading work?
A series of strategically placed superficial cuts filled with pigment collectively work to create darker, fuller brows.
Q. Does Microblading hurt?
Discomfort is minimal to none. A topical anesthetic or numbing ointment will be applied to ensure a painless procedure.
Keep in mind, everyone responds differently to anesthetic, the procedure has been described by some as a light scratch, and some say that didn’t feel anything.
Our tropical anesthetics may contain: lidocaine, prilocaine, benzocaine, tetracaine and epinephrine.
For the pain after the procedure; redness and slight swelling in the area is normal. The area feels similar to a light sunburn. You can take Tylenol to reduce pain, but not aspirin/ibuprofen.
Q. How long does Microblading take?
There are several stages which include; outlining the desired shape, numbing the area, the actual Microblading procedure, and the fine tuning of the finished process. This usually takes roughly 2 hours.
Q. What's The Healing Process Like?
Like any tattoo, swelling and redness is unavoidable. It takes about 7-14 days for the brow to heal over and about 1 month for the brow color to fully set in.
It's normal to experience color pigmentation to be temporarily dark and for eyebrows to be slightly red after your procedure. As your brows heal, the natural color will restore to a natural finish.
For best results, please follow the detailed aftercare instructions linked here.
Q. How much does Microblading cost?
Please refer to our services page.
Q. Do I need a touch-up appointment?
Absolutely! This is because everyone heals differently and the outcome always varies. Certain areas may need to be refilled that didn’t pick up on the 1st session, pigment color made need to be adjusted, and more strokes may need to be added. The goal of the 2nd session is to make sure that we refine your brows and fix changes that needs to be made so you can have a beautiful set of brows to last all year!
You can book a touch up appointment 4-6 weeks after 1st appointment. You can not come before then because you need your brows color to fully be set in and to make sure to prevent scar damage because to the tissues need to heal.
Q. Are there any Risks or Complications?
We take safe sessions every importantly. We use proper precautions: new needles, sterilized equipment and a sanitized environment. Make sure to follow our before/after appointment instructions. Allergic reactions to pigments is rare, but still possible: We recommended clients gets a patch test, should be performed 7 days before procedure, who are sensitive to: Silver/Gold/Nickel, Tropical Makeup Products or Hair Dyes.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem not suitable for this procedure or for any other reason.
Q. How long does Microblading last?
Approximately 18-24 months with proper aftercare and follow up appointment(s). Skin type, age and lifestyle can effect the longevity of your cosmetic tattoo - we can not guarantee specific results.
The Microblading will naturally fade overtime, due to the pigmentation not being implanted to the skin as deep as traditional tattoos. Skincare routine also plays a role: patients who tan, uses products with AHA or Glycolic Acid with fade faster as your skin will resurface faster. To keep your brows looking fresh, a touch up is suggested every 12-18 months. A slight shadow may remain if you let the Micobladed area fade overtime.
Q. What is the industry standard for gratuity?
Gratuity is neither mandatory or expected, but is appreciated and fully left to the discretion of the client.

Q. What's included in an In-Person Consultation?
Since there is different type of brow techniques when it comes to Microblading, we will require you to have a consultation. This will include finding the right brow technique that best suits you and then drawing the outlines of brows on you for you to decided. We will then go over the procedures and other important information that you will need to know before proceeding. You do have the option to proceed onto the procedure the same day if you want.
Q. What if I don't like it?
This is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure, so we like to encourage individuals to not take making their cosmetic decisions/choices lightly. Do your research to understand the procedure and to compare artists work. Our Brow Tech will always make sure that you are satisfied with the shape and style before starting the procedure. Our goal is to make sure that the appearance will be even, but understand that our face are never perfectly symmetrical. Uneven appearance/pigment discoloration/color correction can all be fixed during the touch-up session. And of course, microbladed brows will eventually fade away if no touch-ups are done.
